Integrated design utilizes Laser-Cut parts. Main frame is 1 1/4 round steel tubing. Regulation size aluminum sign is fastened to a square steel tubing sub-frame. All pivot points have Nylon bushings. Spring-loaded over-center sign lever works effortlessly. Wiring is installed thru frame with heat-shrink waterproof connectors. Premium Flags are heavy-weight hemmed Orange Mesh with Fiberglass staffs, won't swell up when wet.
